The Bottle that Feeds Hope
Blessings in a Bottle is our annual fundraiser in partnership with local churches to raise money to support our programs and services. From Mother's Day (May 10th) through Father's Day (June 21st), local church partners will be distributing and collecting baby bottles for participants to fill with monetary donations. The Lakes Area Pregnancy Support Centers are 100% funded by the generosity of our local communities, as we have been for the past 30 years. Help us continue this important work by participating in this year's Blessings in a Bottle fundraiser!
How to Participate

JOIN THE CAMPAIGN
Encourage your church to participate in Blessings in a Bottle and help bring this opportunity to your community.

PICK UP A BOTTLE
Grab a baby bottle at a participating church starting on Mother’s Day (May 10, 2026).

FILL IT WITH HOPE
Add coins, cash, or checks and invite others to give. You can also donate online anytime.
4
RETURN THE BOTTLE
Bring your filled bottle back to your church by Father’s Day (June 21, 2026).
